Returns Policy
Returns of products are permitted on the circumstance that they have not been installed on a vehicle. If a product has been installed but is incorrect, we can offer a 50% refund after the product has been returned to us. We will pay shipping costs on returns. 20% Restocking fee may apply.
Shipping
Most products will ship within 24 hours of ordering, but there are instances where we may take longer if the purchased item is not in stock. If you haven't received a tracking number after 4 days please reach out and we will make sure to respond within 24 hours of the status of your order. If you need a part urgently please mention it in the order notes or choose a quicker shipping time so we understand the urgency.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
